Regarding AmaZix and the False Accusations

I have been a past employee of AmaZix and left about 2 weeks ago, as I started working on my own businesses, that you can see here: https://www.linkedin.com/in/babu-rishikesh-a1b38515b/
Being an Employee at AmaZix for over 11 Months, there has been quite a few projects that I have personally worked on, as a Team Leader.
We at Amazix are required to sign a Strict NDA, and there were a few De-Famotary posts / Exposures of AmaZix a few days ago.
Being the most recent to leave, there has been many people accusing me as the author of these posts, and this is not True.
I have and always will adhere to the strict Non Disclosure agreement that I have signed with Amazix in the past before my employment started.
Now having 2 successful companies, Racehorse Startups LLC and Ujiwater LLC, With a subsidiary company under Racehorse startups called Racehorse Manpower consultancy. I can say that I am somewhat of a successful entrepreneur.
This was the main reason I decided to leave AmaZix, as I simply did not have time to be working when I have so much business ventures going on.
Above all this, I would like to add, that about 4 days after I left amazix, ( Resigned ), Me and their CCO, Dejan Horvat, had a small disagreement.
The exact details of this is as follows, I received a message from my previous manager, saying that I was still in 3 subreddits of projects that they managed and that I had to leave them, now this was an issue as I was in the middle of United Nations, Human Rights Committee of India’s meeting over a sensitive topic.
And so I refused, then the remaining is as Follows, I respectfully disagreed, stating that my tenure with AmaZix is over, and that the person who invited me to a be a moderator ( A project manager of AmaZix ) can remove me from the sub-reddits, as was their job.
This was 100% Their job to do, and not mine, but however they insisted on me removing. This is where the argument started, over 3 sub reddits, and as I said, this was 4 days after I resigned from AmaZix.
During this Argument, the CCO of the company, Dejan Horvat, threatened that I would not get the previous months salary that was owed, and that he would tell any of my future employers, that I was not a good moderator.

So basically, Dejan Horvat, the CCO of the company, asked me to send him a Lawsuit, and that he won't pay me, even in 3 years, if I don't leave the 3 subreddits, which he could remove me from, as it is his responsibility and Not mine.
However, I did call my friend, to log in to my reddit and leave, and I was paid on that day itself.
Now, this is not the way a company should treat its current and former employees, claim that they will falsify my letter of recommendation, not pay me the previous months salary and that I should bow down to them, and do what they asked.
ESPECIALLY WHEN I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF A UNITED NATIONS HUMAN RIGHTS MEETING, TRYING TO SOLVE A MAJOR HUMAN RIGHTS ISSUE.
Now, I personally support Alorson Danse’s posts, exposing AmaZix, as I have the rights to, it is my opinion to take. However in NO WAY am I connected to these medium posts, I did NOT write them, I did NOT contribute to them, I did NOT leak any information. I have adhered to the strict NDA that I have signed, as a businessman, I respect other business owners and companies.
Being a successful entrepreneur, I have gone out of my way, and time to write this post, as AmaZix is claiming I am the sole cause of all these defamatory posts, and all my previous colleagues accusing me of something I did not do.
That being said, AmaZix is accusing of things without proof, and this will ruin my Reputation as the CEO of 3 companies, just because some random person exposed a company that I was a part of for 3 months only, and resigned 2 weeks ago.
AmaZix is a good company, there were pay cuts, yes, but I understand the reasons for that. We were never slave driven, and all of us worked happily like we had to.
However, the behavior of the management was very bad. They did things without giving us any sort of notice, and would only give us 12 hours of time to make the decision to whether stay with the company or take the pay cuts and keep working.
Plain out simply, the management treated us like garbage and nobodies. replaceable assets.
And I did not like that. And as a CEO, I will never support or tolerate this kind of behavior.
I have over 50 people employed in my companies currently, and we have treated them with the utmost respect, that they deserve.
Now that being said, AmaZix, I did NOT write any of that, nor was I part of it.
Whoever wrote that is CLAIMING to be me, and I am not him.

So STOP accusing me of things I did not do. I wish AmaZix all the best in the future and have said what I wanted to say. And I urge all employees, to write similar articles if they are being accused of things they didn't do by a company that thinks they are kings over their employees.
If AmaZix Ltd comes out with actual proof, then we will know who did it. Until then, do not believe any ex, current or future employees they blame just because they can.
As a CEO, Any employee that is treated like this, should reach out to a lawyer, or resign as it is not worth it. We all deserve to be treated equally, as we are all humans, and with respect. Remember, give back what respect that you receive. We have all come to where we are with endless hard work, and sweat, not by being easy. Any company that will consider their employee's replaceable assets, is not a company that will do well and is expected that things like expose happens to them.
For the final time, I did NOT write those articles, I did NOT contribute to those articles, I did NOT reveal any information regarding AmaZix to anyone.
However, I DO support the article, I DO agree that the article is 80% the truth, and I DO agree that AmaZix is a company that treats its employees like garbage, has very poor management, and is a company that will fail because of this.
